Direct-to-gondola access is exclusive to Sunshine Village. When visiting Marmot Basin, Revelstoke, or bonus day locations, stop by Guest Services and present your Mobile QR code or Direct-to-Lift card to receive your ticket.
Getting Started
After purchase, you'll receive a mobile code via email. Then choose your adventure:
Option 1: Mobile Card
- Download the Banff Sunshine Village App
- Enter your mobile code in the app
- You're ready to ski! Show your digital card at the gondola
Option 2: Direct-to-Lift Card
- Visit Guest Services at Sunshine Village (when open) or Calgary Snow Central (1037 11th Ave SW)
- Show your email with the mobile code
- Receive your physical Direct-to-Lift card on the spot
Keep Your Card Active
If your payment method is declined, your Super Card will be temporarily frozen. Simply contact or visit Guest Services to update your payment information and reactivate your card immediately.
